How to make a Facebook Reels Video in less than 30 minutes
Open Facebook feed below your status option, you’ll find the Reels option beside Photos. Tap the Camera icon to open your device’s built-in camera. Then, record the video or upload an existing video from your Gallery. To be considered for the Reels feed, Facebook videos must be 30 seconds or less, have a high view count, be submitted through the Reels option on Facebook and follow Facebook’s Community Guidelines.

Add video& photo: Reels can be recorded in a series of clips (one at a time); you can also import media from your phone’s photo gallery or upload new videos during the creation process.
Length of video: Tap the Reels icon to open the reels camera. On the right-hand side, select Length, then set your Reels length to 15, 30, or 60 seconds
Audio of video: To add music to your reel, tap the Audio icon from within the Reels browser. You’ll see an expanded browser where you can search for songs by genre or theme. Tap a song you’d like to use, then choose a section of that song to add to your reel. Tap Done when finished adding parts of songs to your reel. When you share a reel with original audio, your audio will be attributed to you. If you set your audience to Public, people can create reels using your audio.
Effects: Tap the Effects icon and choose from a variety of effects to apply to your reel. Tap Next to finish.
Timer for Reel: Set your timer for :3 and :10 Second options before recording video for the reel, determine a recording length of up to :60 seconds, then tap Set to confirm your selections.
How To Edit A Facebook Reels Video the easy way
When you’re done recording a video on Facebook reels, you can add music from your collection or the built-in Music Library and add a timer to your video. You have the following option
Audio of video: If you did not add music to your reel from the previous screen, you can do so here. You can also edit any music already added or audition a voiceover on your reel here.
Edit Text: To add text to your reel, tap on the Text icon or tap the reel itself. After you type in your text, you’ll be able to change the look from several tools at the bottom of the reels composer. Tap Done to finish.
Speed of Reel: By selecting Speed on the Edit Clip screen, you can make a clip play faster or slower.
Edit Caption: Audio on your reel can be transcribed and appear as a captions. To start the process, tap Captions from your reels composer. You’ll then be able to edit the font and color of your caption from several options at the bottom of the reels composer. Tap Done to finish.
